Role Description

This is a full-time professional role in Operations Planning, Client Relationship Management, and Operational Excellence. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient business operations, delivering high-quality client service, and driving continuous improvement across processes and workflows. Key responsibilities include developing and managing operational plans, monitoring service delivery performance, and ensuring timely execution of business commitments. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating internal teams to ensure consistent service quality and satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data, tracking KPIs, identifying process gaps, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. The position also supports standardization of processes, optimization of resource utilization, and implementation of best practices to improve overall operational effectiveness and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of operations management, client service delivery, and process improvement methodologies

• Experience in operations planning, performance tracking, and service quality management

• Ability to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure service satisfaction

• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and data-driven decision-making

• Knowledge of process optimization, workflow design, and operational efficiency frameworks

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams

• Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and operational systems for analysis and reporting

• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions for continuous improvement

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality operational outcomes
