Fluffydolls Catfe operates a cat caf and cattery, providing a welcoming space for cat lovers while managing efficient daily operations and customer service.

Job Summary

You will support daily operations, finance, staff management, and customer support at Fluffydolls Catfe, working closely with the director to ensure smooth business functioning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational flow across the cat caf and cattery to maintain smooth business activities
  • Conduct regular stock takes and manage inventory to ensure supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked
  • Track expenses, claims, and receipts to maintain accurate financial records for reporting and submission
  • Assist with invoicing and billing processes to support timely revenue collection
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction of part-time staff to ensure smooth integration into the team
  • Manage staff scheduling and attendance to optimize workforce availability
  • Support payroll tracking and calculations to ensure accurate and timely compensation
  • Assist with permit applications and ensure compliance with required submissions
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to enhance operational efficiency
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily business needs
  • Respond to customer enquiries and guide customers through contracts and service details to enhance customer experience
  • Support payment collection and coordination to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Assist in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and support basic marketing initiatives as a bonus
  • Collaborate closely with the director on operational and administrative matters to address business needs
  • Provide ad hoc support to ensure continuous smooth operations across all areas

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience in operations, administration, or personal assistant roles
  • Experience managing schedules, staff coordination, or basic payroll
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Interest in cats and animal care

Working Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • Weekend availability may be required depending on operations
