Job Description

Coordinate export shipments or import shipments.
Prepare and process export documentation (e.g., airway bills, invoices, customs permits)
Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officers to ensure timely cargo pick up/delivery and lodge in.
Update shipment status in internal systems and handle customer inquiries
Resolve operational issues and support process improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures
