Role Description The Operations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities within AIA Financial Advisers. This role includes coordinating and streamlining internal processes, monitoring workflow efficiency, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Operations Officer will handle documentation, perform data and transaction checks, and work closely with advisers and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly. The role also involves preparing operational reports, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and financial advisers.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing data, processes, and operational reports.
- Knowledge of operations management principles and experience in coordinating day-to-day business or administrative processes.
- Basic understanding of finance or financial services, preferably within insurance, wealth management, or advisory environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort working with operational systems and databases.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; prior experience in financial services operations is an advantage.
