Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for an Operations Officer. The Operations Officer will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and optimizing processes. Duties include overseeing the operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficiency. The role also involves working closely with the Executive Director to support operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical skills
• Understanding of Finance and financial operations
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the financial industry is highly desirable
• Diploma, A levels or Degree is highly preferred.
