Operations Officer $4000-$5000

Responsibilities:
.Create and set up of asset in Avaloq and long form confirmation for client, for ACDC instruments (FX and Equity underlyings, Pivots)
.Control and check of valuations for OTC derivatives and upload into Avaloq, if needed
.Regular control of valuations for structured products and checking with issuers for updates if needed
.Upload valuations for structured products in Avaloq before old price issues kick-in
.Inform front office about lifecycle events for structured products (which are received via email)
.Be the point-of-contact for questions about OTC derivatives for both, local front office and head office Operations
Requirements:
.Degree in Business/Finance or other relevant streams
.At least 2 years of experience in Financial sector will be an advantage
.Experience in Avaloq application will be an advantage
.Basic understanding of financial products
.Meticulous and strong in data management
