Job Description

Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

1. EDM, Design & Marketing Support

  • Design visually compelling and brand-aligned EDMs, promotional banners, and marketing collateral for corporate health screening projects.

  • Coordinate directly with sales in-charge and/or corporate clients on EDM content, layout, timelines, and branding approvals.

  • Monitor and analyze EDM performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

2. Administrative & Project Documentation

  • Maintain precise, up-to-date records of all corporate screening projects, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Ensure proper digital filing and organization of operational templates, approved designs, and client contracts.

3. Data Management & Reporting

  • Assist the operations team in generating comprehensive corporate reports, including data summaries, screening statistics, and participation insights.

  • Ensure strict data accuracy and absolute confidentiality across all reports in alignment with PDPA regulations.

4. Client & Home Screening Support

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact, responding efficiently to client's queries via email and phone.

  • Support the logistics, scheduling, and operational follow-up for home screening assignment.

5. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Proofread and quality-check all written and visual communications .

  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for secure data handling and clinical documentation to safeguard patient and corporate privacy.

    • Education & Experience
      Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
      Design Track Record: Proven experience in graphic design or visual communications, with a strong eye for typography, layout, and corporate branding.

    • Technical Proficiency
      Design Tools: Hands-on experience with design software.
      Office Productivity: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
      AI Literacy: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflow efficiency.

    • Soft Skills & Core Competencies
      Dual-Capability: A unique ability to balance creative marketing tasks with structured, logistical operational workflows.
      Meticulousness: High attention to detail for data accuracy.
      Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for professional client-facing interactions.
      Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to healthcare, clinical, or wellness operations is highly advantageous.
