Operations Manager - Web3/Crypto

Our client is an institutional digital asset company who are looking for an Operations Manager with a passion for Web3.

Responsibilities / Requirements include:

5+ years experience within Web3 / Crypto, including experience / understanding of staking

Experience of managing a financial institution operations team, including resource management and oversight, transaction processing, monitoring, MI reporting,

and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with the MAS, including Travel Rule

Ongoing project / process improvement across operations and regulations

Strong stakeholder management skills in order to work with clients and colleagues globally

A true passion for digital assets
