Operations Manager (VP), Hedge Fund

A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced professional to join its fund operations team, focusing on OTC derivatives and operational oversight. This role will be responsible for managing collateral and margin processes, overseeing daily OTC derivatives trade workflows, and ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting, including submissions to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

The successful candidate will maintain derivatives documentation, coordinate with external legal counsel and service providers, and support monthly fund valuation through review of NAV calculations. The role also involves monitoring regulatory and market developments, implementing process enhancements, and responding to regulatory inquiries as required.

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of knowledge of OTC derivatives operations, fund administration, and regulatory compliance, with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing investment platform.
