We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will manage project teams, resources, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily construction operations across multiple projects.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Manage project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities.
Review project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Monitor project costs and profitability.
Prepare operational reports and management updates.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience managing multiple construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.
Proficiency in project management and construction software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with BCA requirements and industry best practices.
Strong budgeting and contract management experience.
Salary
SGD $4,000 - $4,300 per month (depending on experience)Benefits
