Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager who is fluent in both

Chinese (Mandarin) and English (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers from China). You will oversee the end-to-end operations of our produce and floral business, ensure supply chain efficiency, uphold quality standards, and streamline processes to support continued growth. Training will be provided, and those without experience but with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics.

. Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.

. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

. Oversee warehouse operations.

. Support planning, reporting, and team coordination.

. Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

. Those without experience but with strong motivation are encouraged to apply
