Job Description

Job Summary

Direct and manage restaurant operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards while driving profitability and service excellence in a Japanese restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant operations in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements to ensure smooth and lawful functioning
  • Mentor and supervise service staff to uphold food handling, service conduct, and compliance standards
  • Assess operational needs and implement strategies to maintain consistent service quality
  • Develop and execute budget plans to sustain and improve restaurant profitability
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly sales reports with actionable recommendations for management reviews
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to additional business needs and perform other duties as required

Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve top-line performance

  • Hands-on leadership with effective problem-solving skills in food and beverage operations and customer service
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive working relationships across teams
