Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant operations in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements to ensure smooth and lawful functioning
- Mentor and supervise service staff to uphold food handling, service conduct, and compliance standards
- Assess operational needs and implement strategies to maintain consistent service quality
- Develop and execute budget plans to sustain and improve restaurant profitability
- Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly sales reports with actionable recommendations for management reviews
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Adapt to additional business needs and perform other duties as required
