We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Operations Executive who does not wait for instructions but anticipates needs. You will be the bridge between the Directors vision and the centers daily execution, ensuring operational excellence across all touchpointsincluding our flagship Learn & Grow events.
The Mission
You are the architect of our efficiency. You will oversee daily center operations, manage a team of Executives, and co-lead the logistics for our large-scale educational events.
We want a leader who works independently and treats the business with an owner's mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative & Leadership
- Independent Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the center with minimal supervision. You are expected to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions before they reach the Directors.
- Team Governance: Lead and mentor a team of Operations Executives (Full-Time & Part-Time) to maintain impeccable brand standards and safety protocols.
Event Management (Learn & Grow)
- End-to-End Coordination: Take charge of the planning, logistics, and execution of Learn & Grow events.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with vendors, teachers, and parents to ensure events are high-impact, organized, and seamless.
- On-Site Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact during events, managing manpower and troubleshooting real-time issues.
Financial & CRM Integrity
- Invoicing & Enrollment: Oversee the student enrollment lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in invoicing records.
- Data Auditing: Maintain a Zero-Error CRM database, providing the Directors with accurate reports on center health and growth.
Resource & Inventory Control
- Supply Chain Mastery: Proactively manage stocktaking for crafts and curriculum materials. You ensure the center is always class-ready without over-purchasing.

Working Hours (Full-Time)
- Weekdays (Tuesdays to Fridays): 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Weekends (Saturday or Sunday): 8:30 AM 6:30 PM (1.5-hour break)
- Schedule: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend day
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/Accounting software.
- Communication: Masterful written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: $3000 up (Commensurate with experience and a logic-based assessment)
- Incentives: Performance bonuses and AWS according to the Arty Learning Incentive Scheme (pro-rated)
