Job Scope:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of outsourced projects.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead, manage, and develop team performance through coaching and evaluations.
- Allocate and optimise manpower and resources to meet service demands.
- Review and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure service quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships to support effective service delivery.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of hands on experience in ground operations management
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to drive process excellence will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
