Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
Compensation:S$10,000 basic + AWS & Variable Bonus (up to 3 months)

About the Role
- Lead and organize production teams to achieve capacity, yield, and cost targets.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Establish reporting rules and abnormal-event monitoring to minimize defects in mass production.
- Drive ramp-to-mass-production readiness and continuous improvement across operations.
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and escalation mechanisms for stable, high-volume output.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree+ in Microelectronics/EE/Materials/Physics/Chem/IE (Master's a plus).
- 5+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience and 2+ years factory management.
- Hands-on mass production lifecycle experience (setup & ramp-up).
- Proven stakeholder management with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong communication in English data-driven mindset and problem-solving.
