Job Summary

This position plans and develops work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include inspecting and auditing site conditions, managing inventories and supplies, and reviewing Client requests. It involves analyzing budget requests, assisting with project planning and modifications, and ensuring financial goals are met. Additionally, the role coordinates program specifications, oversees contract documentation, and serves as a liaison among stakeholders, including clients, employees, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed work schedules to optimize service delivery efficiency and meet operational targets
  • Inspect and audit physical site conditions to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage supplies and equipment to maintain operational readiness
  • Identify and implement improvements in equipment usage and operational methods to enhance productivity
  • Review and analyze customer service requests to diagnose issues and collaborate with management to implement effective resolutions
  • Evaluate budget proposals to identify cost-saving opportunities and support financial goal achievement
  • Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling adjustments, including preparing cost estimates, bid sheets, and managing contracts
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including conceptual design and capital investment initiatives to drive process improvements
  • Serve as a primary liaison facilitating clear communication and coordination between the company, clients, employees, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate databases related to contracts and contractor status to support operational transparency and compliance
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business objectives and operational excellence

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proven expertise in management, operations, and leadership with a strong ability to oversee teams and drive efficiency
  • At least 5 years of experience in Cleaning Operations within Commercial Buildings and Manufacturing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Education background in Operations Management or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated by effective coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organizational skills applied to managing complex schedules and operational workflows
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring operational success
