Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee daily business operations

. Coordinate with different departments (e.g., sales, HR, logistics)

. Develop and implement operational policies

. Monitor performance and report to senior management

. Manage budgets and schedules

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field

. 2-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role

. Strong leadership and communication skills

. Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure

. Basic knowledge of MS Office and operations software

. Must be available to work night shifts

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma
