We are looking for a responsible and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our remittance and money changing business.
This role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance, and delivering a reliable and professional customer experience.
. Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
. Manage remittance transactions and foreign exchange services
. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
. Supervise and guide staff to maintain service standards
. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
. Monitor cash flow, transactions, and reporting
. Maintain proper documentation and operational records
Who This Is Suitable For
. Experience in remittance, money changing, or financial services
