Job Description

Our Client is a global hospitality group founded in 2012 for genuine hospitality, travel, and culinary storytelling, the group curates distinctive dining experiences inspired by specific cultures, places, and eras.

They are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple restaurant concepts. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who combines commercial acumen with operational excellence and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

The successful candidate will lead and develop high-performing management teams while driving operational consistency, financial performance, and service excellence across multiple outlets. Working closely with the Founders and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in strengthening the group's reputation as a leading hospitality group.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, leads by example, and possesses a modern, people-first leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities

【Responsibilities】
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire Restaurant Managers and management teams to achieve operational and leadership excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labour costs, food costs, inventory management, and overall cost control.
- Analyse operational and financial data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining the restaurants service standards across all outlets.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Culinary, Marketing & Communications, and Support Functions.
- Lead recruitment, succession planning, talent development, and performance management initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and management meetings to drive accountability and performance.
- Champion the group's Core Principles and foster a positive, collaborative culture throughout the organisation.

Requirement

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)
- Diploma holder and above
- 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager managing multiple restaurant outlets within an established hospitality or restaurant group (premium dining concepts, luxury hotels, or award-winning restaurant groups), with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience
- Strong operational leadership experience with responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, labour management, and cost control.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing large management teams.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, guest experience, food & beverage management, and service excellence.
- Candidates who have built their careers within leading premium hospitality or restaurant groups, where exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and strong people development are central to the business.

(Advantageous)
- Experience from internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands or established multi-concept restaurant groups will be highly regarded
