Operations Manager

• Responsible for project deliverables and ensuring project is completed on time and within budget.

• Perform site management on the installation works, inspections, testing, commissioning and handing over of BMS / ELV Systems to clients.

• Analysing and management of project risk, cost and budget and contractual issue.

• Liaise with the clients, consultants, main contractor / M&E team, sub-contractors and internal team and departments.

• Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones track schedule progress in the field and update the schedule regularly.

• Organising, guiding and motivating of engineers and ensure all project activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed throughout the project life cycle.

• Ensuring compliance to project scope and technical specifications.

• Govern corporate records and documentation control with strong accuracy and compliance standards.

• Manage service providers, contract negotiations, renewals, and performance tracking.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with Japan Customers to identify new business and project opportunities.

• Support tender submissions and RFQs with sales and business development teams.

• Identify required resources, form project teams, and lead them to successful completion.

• Track and manage project scope, cost, schedule, risks, and quality.

• Ensure timely, on-budget, and quality delivery of all project deliverables.

• Escalate risks and issues promptly to Management, proposing mitigation strategies.

• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Liaise with Japan clients and work with Managing Director for Japan HQ timely report.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Liaise with Japan clients and to coordinate with the Japan HQ.

• 4 to 6 years of Project Management Experience in BMS/ELV.
