Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the operations of all companies under the Group.
- Provide guidance and direction to company managers and department heads to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistency across the Group.
- Monitor the operational performance of each company against KPIs, budgets, and strategic goals.
- Regularly review reports from department heads and provide analysis and recommendations to the Group CEO.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in the execution of the Group's strategic plans across all companies.
- Support business development initiatives and expansion projects.
- Coordinate cross-company projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to company managers and department heads.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the Group.
- Identify training and development needs of operations teams and recommend programs
