Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Driver
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales & profitability
- P&L Management: Monitor food costs, labor costs & ops expenses
- Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to roll out new menu launches, seasonal promotions
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data & customer feedback to identify trends, revenue opportunities, fix bottlenecks
2. Oversee Multi-Outlet Operations
- Quality Control: Ensure food quality, service standards are excellent across outlets
- SOP Optimization: Review, refine, & enforce SOPs so that ops run like well-oiled machines
- Problem Solving: Point of escalation for operations, maintenance issues, and customer recovery
- Bridge the Gap: Ensure seamless communication & workflow between departments
3. Team Development
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, & mentor outlet managers to take ownership of their outlets
- Training Programs: Design & implement training frameworks for new & existing staff, focusing on product knowledge, upselling &customer service
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, high-performing & supportive work environment. We want our staff to love working here as much as our customers love eating here
- Talent Management: Oversee hiring, performance reviews & career progression planning to reduce turnover and build a strong bench of future leaders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Multi-Unit Manager in the F&B industry
- A strong understanding of P&L statements, inventory management, and F&B cost controls
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and training high-performing teams
- A proactive attitude. You aren't afraid to jump on the floor during a dinner rush if the team needs you
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with staff at all levels
