Operations Manager (OM001)

Job Resposibilities:

• Take charge of daily operational matters of the outlet and ensure smooth operations flow
• Uphold and enforce Company's Rules & Regulations
• Supervise on the operational effectiveness & service standards of Tenants and Employees
• Prompt follow-up and working alongside with Tenants and staffs on various requests, sales and promotional activities and campaigns
• Conduct routine outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks
• Maintain good standards of outlet's overall aesthetics (Food/Stall Display) and grooming standards of staff
• Any other duties as assigned by your immediate superior
