Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement operational strategies and drive continuous improvement projects to meet business goals
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and communication
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team to achieve operational excellence
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology
- Strong background in the Oil & Gas/ Energy and manufacturing sector
- Proven expertise in managing operations and optimising processes
- Knowledge of CNC machining and Lean Six Sigma
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
