Job Description & Requirements

Offshore Manpower Operations

• Manage end-to-end offshore manpower operations including crew planning, mobilization, demobilization, and replacement

• Coordinate deployment of offshore personnel to vessels, rigs, platforms, or offshore projects

• Ensure all manpower requirements are fulfilled according to client contracts and schedules

Crew Management & Coordination

• Supervise crewing officers and operations staff

• Monitor crew rotation schedules, leave planning, and standby arrangements

• Handle crew-related issues, discipline matters, and welfare concerns

• Ensure proper communication between crew, clients, and internal teams
  Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all offshore personnel meet statutory, flag state, and client requirements

  • Oversee crew certification, medicals, visas, work permits, and offshore training validity

  • Ensure compliance with MLC, STCW, client HSE requirements, and company policies

  • Prepare and support audits, inspections, and client reviews
