Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end centre operations to achieve operational KPIs, service excellence, and business targets
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align operational goals and drive centre performance
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across clinical, nursing, and administrative functions, including manpower planning and scheduling
  • Enhance patient experience across all touchpoints, including improving service delivery, reducing waiting time, and managing feedback and complaints
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, operational efficiency, and turnaround time
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, SOPs, infection control, and quality assurance standards
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, equipment maintenance, and overall centre readiness
  • Support audits, accreditation processes, and staff onboarding and development

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline, with relevant or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive operations and service excellence
