I am currently looking for an Operations Manager for one of my Global Medical Devices MNC client. This is a vital role in one of the fastest growing Medical Devices companies.

Location: East, Singapore
Salary: SGD 6,000 - SGD 7,500
The Operations Manager oversees end-to-end operational activities for the Singapore and Channel Partners business, ensuring data accuracy across systems, supply reliability, regulatory compliance, and ongoing process improvements. This role works closely with Sales, HQ Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and external distributors
Key Responsibilities:
Systems & Data Management
- Manage CRM and SAGE systems with 100% data accuracy, ensuring timely and correct updates of order, inventory, service and operational data.
- Ensure system data integrity to support reporting, forecasting, and audit readiness.
Forecast & Supply Chain Alignment
- Align monthly forecasts with Sales teams and HQ Supply Chain to support:
- Accurate monthly closing
- Improved supply planning and demand visibility
- Act as the key operational liaison between local teams and HQ supply chain stakeholders.
Supply & Back‑Order Management
- Manage supply issues with timely communication within 48 hours, including:
- Proactive updates to Sales teams and distributors on back‑orders.
- Mitigation actions to minimise the risk of shortages at end‑customer sites.
- Monitor supply risks and implement preventive actions to ensure continuity of diagnostic services.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with GDPMDS and other applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
- Achieve zero findings for GDPMDS or any internal/external audits.
- Lead preparation and coordination for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews, including documentation readiness and corrective actions where required.
Inventory Management
- Singapore Market
- Review and ensure safety stock levels of three (3) months, or in accordance with product shelf life and batch limitations.
- Monitor slow‑moving or expiring inventory and implement corrective actions.
- Export Markets
- Conduct monthly inventory reviews.
- Identify and adjust CP inventory stock levels in alignment with market demand and sales forecasts.
Continuous Process Improvement
- Analyse current workflows and develop operational SOPs.
- Improve delivery smoothness and efficiency by:
- Implementing cost‑efficient measures
- Enhancing coordination with logistics and partners
Team Management
- Lead and develop the operations team with:
- Individual development plans.
- Bi‑weekly (fortnightly) 1‑to‑1 sessions for coaching, performance tracking, and engagement.
- Build a high‑performing, compliant, and service‑oriented operations team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
- Min 5 years experience in Customer Service (Order Management) in Medical Devices company preferred
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and Order Management system
- Experience with CRM & ERP systems (SAGE, SAP), SFDC, and Email-to-Case
- Supply chain knowledge is a MUST
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- 10-15% travel is required
