Coordinate Complex Deployments: Oversee and coordinate the scheduling, deployment, and logistics of heavy equipment (e.g., cranes), transport arrangements, and the management of suppliers, hauliers, and lifting crews.

Team and Resource Management:

- Manage lifting team assignments and ensure resource readiness based on staff competency and job requirements.

- Develop a long-term strategy. By forecasting equipment needs based on market demand, maximizing the ROI of every asset, and making data-driven recommendations to the company

Third-Party Logistics Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison with third-party warehouse providers to streamline and manage inbound and outbound cargo handling and delivery schedules.

Project Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Proactively track job progress, resolve operational bottlenecks and issues, and ensure timely project completion with accurate, up-to-date status reporting.

Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage essential lifting plans, documentation, job sheets, Delivery Orders (DOs), and operational records for submission and internal compliance.

Financial & Quotation Management:

- Prepare and issue customer quotations, provide accurate invoicing details, and closely liaise with the accounts department for prompt billing.

- Participate in setting pricing strategies to ensure healthy margins, managing operational budgets, and identifying areas of operational leakage (e.g., excessive overtime or fuel waste) to improve the company's bottom line.

Customer Relationship Management: Efficiently handle customer enquiries, booking requests, and all operational communications. Actively manage customer feedback and ensure professional, prompt resolution of service-related and operational issues.

Team Support: Provide seamless operational and commercial support to sales and service teams by ensuring clear information flow and cross-departmental coordination.

Business Support: Perform core operational and administrative tasks necessary to support and sustain daily business activities.

Requirements

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum a Diploma Holder
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Hard working & willing to learn
