Operations Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimise retail operations across our store fleet in Singapore. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional consumers experience.

Job description

• Leads by example and inspires the team to drive retail excellence and fantastic consumer experience

• Deliver Net Sales and profitability targets for the store fleet in Singapore

• Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflows

• Analyze operational data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas

• Prepare, review and present operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis periodically

• Monitor expenses, resource utilization, and productivity to support cost control and profitability with a close handle on staff productivity

• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and SOPs using data-driven insights

• Coordinate with finance and other departments on budgeting, reporting, and operational planning

• Track operational performance against targets and recommend corrective actions

• Sales planning taking into account quantitative analysis and season factors

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements

• Lead a team of Area Managers effectively

• Ability to collaborate well with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to create the most uplifting consumer experience in our stores

• Regularly connect with Landlords to identify collaboration opportunities

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field

• Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to interpret financial and operational data

• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
