Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Opertations Manager + Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in our Vietnamese restaurant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth food preparation, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen workflow during night operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks

• Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting, and portioning

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations

• Wash dishes and kitchen utensils

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Requirements

• Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required

• Willing to work night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
