Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance contracts to ensure all contract requirements and deliverables are met.

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV systems.

• Maintain systems including chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRV systems, and mechanical ventilation systems.

• Monitor chiller plant operations and efficiency to ensure optimal performance.

• Liaise with clients and end users to ensure site operations meet contractual and service expectations.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to support maintenance activities.

• Prepare and submit maintenance reports to clients and management.

• Manage the contract billing cycle and ensure accurate documentation of services.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in ACMV systems maintenance and operations is preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.

• Resourceful, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a positive working attitude.
