Roles & Responsibilities
- Playing a leading role in compiling company growth and procurement strategy.
- Executing strategies to optimize company and asset growth.
- Ensuring expertise and effectiveness across vendors.
- Creating strategies to challenge theft and stock losses, and implementing initiatives to reduce company costs.
- Creating financial reports.
- Managing money handling, accounting, and bank processes.
- Driving employees and leading performance reviews, to ensure an engaged and skilled workforce.
- Initiating better business practices.
- Collaborating with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.
- Ensuring adherence to key performance objectives to meet business and customer expectations
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- University Degree in Business/Operations or equivalent.
- Minimum relevant experience in managing a restaurant.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory terms, tests and services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent people management, leadership, structure, organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and strong operational knowledge.
- Able to speak Bengali is a must as this is a Bangladeshi Restaurant.
- Able to travel and stay long term in Bangladeshi if needed.
