Operations Manager, Hedge Fund

A leading hedge fund is looking to hire an Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the following.

• Support trade booking, lifecycle event processing, P&L queries, and daily reconciliations.
• Handle trade allocations, affirmations, settlements, and options exercises/assignments.
• Monitor corporate action events and coordinate voluntary elections with PMs and prime brokers.
• Execute corporate action processes across equity and fixedincome products.
• Advise MO, Valuations, and Cash Reconciliation teams on systemlevel or brokerlevel corporate action discrepancies.
• Track and manage trades using prime broker portals and administrator platforms.

Bachelor with 5-10 years of work experience coming from a hedge fund.
