We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at process improvement, team coordination, and operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and operational metrics
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Support project management initiatives and operational reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Lead, or similar role
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in budget management, process improvement, and operational planning
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to analyze operational data and drive actionable insights
- Strong decision-making and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore
- Fluent in English and legally eligible to work full-time in Singapore
