Located at Golden Cafe Food Court in Katong Shopping Centre, we are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets and food court operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in hawker or food-court operations, strong manpower and roster planning capabilities, and the ability to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and workplace standards within a fast-moving F&B environment.
The candidate will work closely with Management, HR, Finance, and other operational departments to ensure smooth outlet operations, uphold service and hygiene standards, support manpower coordination, and maintain overall operational performance across the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
. Oversee and support daily food court operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational procedures, and workplace policies.
. Plan, manage, and monitor manpower deployment and roster arrangements across outlets.
. Lead, supervise, and support outlet teams while maintaining workplace discipline and operational standards.
. Monitor outlet cleanliness, operational readiness, and service standards.
. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, manpower, and employment-related requirements.
. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, staff training, disciplinary matters, and staff performance management.
. Handle operational issues, customer feedback, and outlet-related coordination matters.
. Work closely with internal departments on operational planning and process improvements.
. Support implementation and usage of POS systems, HRIS systems, and operational software.
. Assist with tenant coordination, operational planning, and outlet space management where required.
Essential Skills & Requirements
. Minimum5 years of relevant F&B operations management experience, preferably within hawker or food court environments.
. Strong manpower planning, roster management, and operational coordination skills.
. Proven leadership abilities with good communication and team management skills.
. Experience in handling food court or multi-outlet operations is preferred.
. Basic knowledge of food hygiene, workplace safety, and employment-related operational practices.
. Experience in using POS systems and HRIS platforms such as Infotech is an advantage.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using operational and digital systems.
. Able to work independently and manage operational matters in a fast-moving environment.
Working Hours
6-day work week | 1 rest day per week| Working hours based on operational and managerial requirements | Required to support operational needs during weekends and public holidays when necessary.
Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
