Key Responsibilities
Supervising and managing daily on-site operations, including planning and organising manpower for operational needs.
Leading and mentoring junior officers/staff.
Performing minor repair work and identifying building faults to ensure the school remains safe and properly maintained.
Accompanying contractors during repairs or maintenance within the school.
Managing security and access control at school gates - primarily (but not limited to) the new drop-off and pick-up point along Aljunied Road.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should preferably possess:
A BCA diploma in Facilities Management or a relevant / equivalent qualification.
Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
A meticulous individual who can multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
