Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviours and basic people minimums necessary to gain commitment, employee loyalty and morale from team members to run a smooth, profitable kiosks operations

. Lead the training and development to gain operations & execution excellence

. Lead store to deliver great Food Safety, Quality, Service and Cleanliness to our customers and meet weekly, monthly sales target

. Improve operations workflow format for efficiency and customer touch point journey for great kiosks experience

. Plan, Lead on FS & QSC improvement tactical plan to improve overall kiosks FS & QSC standards

. Identify overall customers feedback trend and formulate tactical plans for improvement as a cluster

. Follow up on storefront & Delivery Merchandising in accordance with brand direction

. Identify business trending, traffic trending, customer buying patterns, visibility opportunities and formulate tactical directions for sales building

. Identify kiosks profitability gaps and develop tactical steps for improvement

. Assist in Development of new product R&D, promotion and merchandising

. Review daily, weekly, monthly Food Cost wastage gaps and develop actions steps for improvement

. Review daily, weekly monthly labour hours and develop action steps to increase productivity gaps

. Review daily, weekly, monthly sales, GC, AC trend and develop action steps to drive sales building

. Review PnL expenses gaps and develop action steps to optimize profitability

. Review and Reconcile monthly sales, COGS, COL and EBITDA targets for each kiosks

. Review Cluster Business Trend (Sales, TC, AC), Customer buying patterns (P-Mix) and assist BUM in formulate Brand strategies and directions

. Manage Vendors and negotiate to ensure services provided are well spend to maximize expenses

Requirements:

. At least 3 years of relevant working experience

. Experienced in operations management in F&B industry, managing F&B beverages preferred

. Possess good leadership, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
