The Operations Manager will oversee the daily business operations of the company and ensure smooth execution of projects and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage and oversee day-to-day company operations.
. Coordinate project schedules, manpower deployment and resource planning.
. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors regarding project requirements and progress.
. Monitor project timelines, operational budgets and cost control measures.
. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
. Support business development activities and maintain client relationships.
. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations and statutory requirements.
. Prepare operational reports and management updates.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, Operations Management or related disciplines.
. Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
. Experience in coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
. Ability to work independently and manage business operations effectively.
. Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers and business partners where required.
