We are partnering with a local Food & Beverage chain who is renowned for their multiple award-winning concepts across various cuisines. They are deeply passionate in creating unique experiences through exceptional quality and dedicated to providing farm-to-table concepts. The Operations Manager role is a newly-created headcount for their up & coming concept comprises of premium retail grocery and vibrant dining experience.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will get to lead this exciting new project and be deeply involved in pre-opening activities and ongoing daily operations after the launch. For Pre-Opening phase, you will support all activities such as renovation, licensing, process implementation, equipment workflow panning, and developing the outlets SOP. After the launch, you will lead daily operations for both the Retail Grocery and F&B restaurant, ensuring that the team delivers a seamless and consistent customer experience.
This role will take care of both retail grocery AND the restaurant, while leading a team of over 20 staff to ensure the success of the new concept.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with strong F&B and Retail Operations background, ideally with track record working in multi-outlets F&B operations and in a fast-growing restaurant group. As the Operations Manager, you will need to have strong commercial acumen in understanding P&L management, cost controls, and managing front & back-of-house teams. Having participated in pre-launch of F&B concepts will be an added advantage.
