Operations Manager

Company Overview

Foamex Insulation Services Pte Ltd provides insulation installation services for industrial projects in Singapore. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee project coordination and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily project operations across multiple worksites

• Coordinate manpower deployment and monitor site productivity

• Liaise with clients, contractors and site supervisors on project progress

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company SOP

• Monitor project schedules, materials usage and operational costs

• Prepare operational reports and documentation

• Handle operational challenges and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline

• Relevant operations/site management experience preferred

• Experience in industrial projects preferred

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently

Salary Range

S$4,500 - S$6,000 per month
(Inclusive of fixed monthly allowances)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday
8:00am - 12:00pm
Additional hours may be required depending on project requirements.
