We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, managing cross-functional teams, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent service delivery in line with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.) to align operational strategies.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff as needed.
Handle vendor relationships and supply chain logistics.
Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3-5+ years of proven experience in an operations management or similar role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
