What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end facilities operations, including maintenance and building services
- Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and licensing standards
- Oversee preventive maintenance programmed for M&E systems (ACMV, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Drive workplace safety through regular inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness initiatives
- Coordinate fire safety drills, vendor activities, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Manage budgets, procurement processes, and asset control to optimize operational costs
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team (including 2 Executives) to deliver smooth daily operations
- Oversee support services such as laundry, kitchen, housekeeping, and facilities management
- Champion process improvements through AI, automation, and digitalization initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in facilities or operations management, ideally within healthcare or similar environments
- Strong technical knowledge of building services (ACMV, electrical, plumbing, sanitary systems)
- Proven experience in budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership
- Passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- People-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead with empathy while maintaining high standards
