Salary: Up to S$6,000
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Work Location: Island wide

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
. Manage the overall financial performance, including Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
. Plan and coordinate new outlet openings.
Operations Management
. Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
. Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company SOPs, and service standards.
. Drive operational excellence to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance.
. Investigate customer feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
. Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and service teams.
. Ensure efficient manpower utilization across outlets.
. Perform any other duties assigned by the Director, Operations.
