Job Description

We are looking for a highly reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager & Executive Assistant to lead day-to-day operations across our playgrounds, classes, and retail/store environments, while also providing executive support to the owners of club.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and is passionate about delivering a joyful, seamless customer experience.

Operations Management

  • Lead and oversee daily operational activities across all business areas, including playgrounds, classes, and store operations

  • Ensure smooth execution of programmes, schedules, and customer flow

  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and facility maintenance across all locations

  • Oversee staff scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation

  • Monitor and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service quality standards

  • Conduct regular operational checks and follow up on gaps or issues promptly

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, suppliers, contractors)

  • Handle operational issues calmly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customers

Executive Assistant Support

  • Provide direct support to the owners on planning, coordination, and execution of operational matters

  • Assist with reporting, documentation, tracking, and follow-ups

  • Support management in process improvements, system implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Act as a trusted point of contact, handling sensitive matters with discretion and responsibility

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations management

  • Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, education, or customer-facing environments is a strong advantage

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills

  • Highly trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task under pressure

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Passionate about creating a safe, joyful, and seamless customer experience
