We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain and warehouse activities across Singapore, Indonesia and India, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency in alignment with group standards.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & 3PL Management
- Manage two external warehouses in Singapore and Indonesia:
- Regular inventory cross-checks and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures and service quality.
- Conduct recurring site visits to ensure compliance and operational performance.
- Coordinate product transfers between warehouses and analyze optimal stock levels per location.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Internal Warehouse Management (Singapore)
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations with a hands-on approach.
- Implement and continuously improve warehouse procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.
- Manage inventory control (stock movements, product registration, etc.).
- Ensure supply of packaging, auxiliary materials, and PPE.
- Oversee repacking operations and anticipate customer needs.
- Lead the warehouse team (daily kick-off meetings, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, etc.).
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a key operational link between Singapore, Indonesia and India subsidiaries, and the global operations team.
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies and procedures across both markets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes.
Requirements
- Education: Polytechnic or University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain or Operations Management; experience in the Flavors & Fragrances or Chemical industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing warehouses and 3PL providers.
- Proficiency with ERP and Office tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Bahasa or Spanish is a plus.
