Job Title: Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Budget: $10K-11K SGD

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee site-based operations for a large-scale automated system in Singapore. This role involves managing a team of 5060 engineers and technicians, ensuring safety compliance, service excellence, and continuous improvement in operational performance.

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Technical) or equivalent trade qualification.
10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership operations/maintenance role.
Background in automated handling systems, logistics automation, system integration, or capital goods industry preferred.
Experience managing large teams (50+ staff) and service contracts.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Singaporean / PR / valid local work permit required.
Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
