Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall logistics operations across construction projects.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, fleet deployment, manpower coordination, and operational planning to support smooth project execution.
• Manage fleet operations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operational and logistics requirements are met.
• Supervise logistics staff, general workers, and operational manpower across multiple project sites.
• Monitor fleet maintenance, permits, insurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Review operational performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, and logistics costs.
• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Prepare operational and logistics reports for management review.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in construction operations, logistics, or fleet management.
• At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in the construction industry.
• Experience managing cranes, lorries, machinery, fleet operations, and site manpower.
• Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices and operational requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of WSH requirements and regulatory compliance for fleet and machinery operations.
