Key Responsibilities
. Oversee study execution, timelines and cross-functional coordination
. Work closely with sponsors, CROs, pharmacy, recruitment and study teams
. Manage IRB submissions, SOPs, CAPAs, audits and inspections
. Lead and develop the clinical operations team
. Ensure compliance with GCP, protocols and regulatory requirements
Requirements
. Min Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or related discipline
. Strong clinical research site or CRU operations experience
. Experience in project and people management
. Good knowledge of GCP, IRB and regulatory requirements
