Job Responsibilities
. In charge of handling various projects documentation and liaising closely with different contractors
. In charge of developing new SOP to help improve work process
. Working closely with other departments
. Support in business continuity activities and records management
. Work with contractor in monthly IT asset verifications
. Support monthly compliance check on the contract management deliverables and consolidate evidence to support all the deliverables
. Meeting management expectations
. Assist in planning schedule
. Sourcing for potential client to market company's services/products
. Actively seek out new sales opportunities
. Involve in meetings with potential/current clients to work out their concerns and expectations
. Preparations of weekly/monthly reports
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
. Have at least hold 4 years of leadership/managerial work experience
. Required to manage 2 sites or more
. Able to work with minimum supervision
. Work in a fast-paced environment
. Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
