Looking for Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Managing day-to-day operational matters, overseeing daily workflows, resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth store operations matters and coordination with other department
2. Manage customer feedback and complaints, resolving timely and inappropriate manner to uphold service standards
3. Establishing and implementing efficient operational procedures, execute SOPs to support business growth and operational effectiveness
4. Manage product deliveries, receiving and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and proper handling of inventory
5. Managing stocks and inventory using EPOS POS system, tracking inventory levels, updating stock records
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Skills:
1. Active participation in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, support resolution of operational issues
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze and identify issues with clear and professional communication to all parties
3. Understanding the whole operation workflow and further improvise for better efficiency to identify improvement opportunities
4. Oversee the operation for product deliveries and receiving, maintain inventory to meet demand and coordinates delivery schedules
5. Understanding of how to use the POS system to handle the inventory, tracking stock levels and updating records
6. Ensure that daily operations are in compliance with company policies, regulatory awareness and adherence to standards
